Many of Titanium Performance clients began strength training with the idea that there was no hope for them, that they just had to live with the pain.  Tyler has had success utilizing progressive strength training, designing programs within specific parameters, with all types of injuries.  Many individuals believe that they must avoid using the injured area, on the contrary, we should target this area, build strength and improve blood flow to expedite the recovery process.  Now, there are some circumstances that can limit specific exercises, Tyler understands these limitations and will develop a program that is perfect for your personal needs.
